IVRIE (formerly Savvy Salons) was ready for a shift. The brand, voice, and overall experience had become dated and transactional —lacking the depth and connection that today’s clients and stylists are seeking.

Through conversations with leadership, stylists, and clients, a clearer picture emerged: the salon wasn’t just a service — it was a space people turned to for renewal, connection, and care. At the same time, stylists were looking for something more sustainable: a place to grow, be supported, and build a meaningful career.

From Transactional Service to Meaningful Experience


I led the development of a unified strategy that connected:

  • Brand voice and positioning grounded in care, trust, and emotional connection

  • Service experience designed to feel intentional, unhurried, and relationship-driven

  • Spatial direction inspired by wellness environments rather than traditional salons

  • Team culture centered on mentorship, collaboration, and long-term growth

  • Business model aligned to support consistency for clients and sustainability for stylists

Rather than approaching this as a traditional rebrand, the work focused on rethinking the entire experience.

While still evolving, the foundation establishes a scalable model for a more thoughtful, connected approach to the salon experience.

IVRIE represents a shift away from high-volume, transactional salon models toward something more human-centered.
